Transition to Trustee Boards Webinar

Last year we shared information about the transition to Trustee Boards, this included changing the name and the focus on governance tasks rather than operational tasks. There are future changes as part of The Scouts transformation of volunteer experience to align governance with Charity Commission guidance.
Upcoming changes include:
- The membership of the Trustee Board, including a reduction in ex-officio members
- Type of Trustees
- The way Trustees are selected
We would like to invite all Lead Volunteers, Chairs and Trustees to an information webinar to share the changes coming into effect in Spring 2024 or at your next Annual General Meeting. The webinar will be virtual and take place on Thursday 15th February at 7.30pm. To register for the webinar, please click here.
