The County Scout Camping and Backwoods Cooking is an event for teams of Scouts from across the County to display their Scouting skills. Scout teams are required to set up their campsite, run their campsite for the weekend without guidance from leaders and cook a backwoods meal for tasting by a team of judges. There was excellent skills being presented by teams on the wekeend.
