Scout Patrol Leader Training Camp 2023

About the Scout Patrol Leader Training Camp….

• This event is for existing Patrol Leaders and Assistant Patrol Leaders. The event is focused on building young people’s leadership skills. PLs and APLs must have already completed at least 1 overnight camp with their own Scout Troop.
• There are limited spaces on this event.

What you need to know….

• When: Saturday 18th March (10am) to Sunday 19th March (12pm)
• Where: 5th Urmston Scout Group HQ, Eeasebrook, Urmston, M41 9JA.
• Cost: £15 per young person. Payment details will be sent once your place has been confirmed.
• Criteria for Attending: Must be an existing Patrol Leader or Assistant Patrol Leader and attended at least 1 overnight camp with their Scout Troop.
• Badge Requirements Met:Work Towards – Nights Away, Orienteering, Outdoor Challenge, Teamwork Challenge, Team Leader Chellenge, Camper
• Transport and Parking: Own transport. Car Parking available on Manor Avenue Public Car Park. £1 all day. No vehicle access to 5th Urmston or Eeasbrook.
• Refreshments/Lunch: Please bring a packed lunch for Saturday, other meals will  be provided. Dietary requirements should be listed on the registration form.
• Equipment: Own personal camp kit, warm clothing and walking boots for camp activities. Waterproofs are essential. Full details to be sent to each scout once place is confirmed.
• How to Book: Complete the below form by Friday 3rd March 2023. We will confirm places by email and provide details for making payments.
