Scout Camping and Backwoods Competition

Date: Saturday 10th July 2021
Time: Allocated arrivals from 9.15am with a start time of 10.00am. Presentations will be at 3.45pm
Where: Bispham Hall Scout Estate, Crank Road, Billinge, Wigan, WN5 7DT
Cost: £15.00 per team
- Teams of between 4 and 6 Scouts to include only 1 bona-fide PL and APL all of Scout age at time of competition.
- Average age of team to be no more than 13 years old.
- This is a day event where teams will be required to erect a dining shelter and sleeping tent, be tested on campsite layout, build a fire and cook a two course backwoods meal with ingredients provided.
- Teams can only be entered following consultation with your ADC (Scouts)
- A leader will be required to stay for the event and teams must arrange their own permission forms.
- Full support will be given to less experienced teams to encourage entries from all abilities.
- Full details will be provided on registration.

- Registration closes on Friday 2nd July 2021 at 8pm.
