Volunteer Support

People is one of the three pillars of work that make up The Scouts Skills for Life strategy. The aim of the pillar is to ensure we have more, well training and better supported volunteers from diverse backgrounds. Our County Adult Support Team are here to ensure we are supporting our volunteers from those that have recently joined, to refreshing the skills of our more experienced volunteers.
