Scout Patrol Leader Training Day 2022

About the Scout Patrol Leader Training Day….

• The day will be based around Scoutcraft to equip PL’s and APL’s or those about to become PL’s and APL’s with useful skills to help them gain the confidence they need to lead their patrols.

What you need to know….

• When: Sunday 27th November 2022
• Time: 10am to 4pm
• Where: 5th Urmston Scout Group HQ, Eaasebrook, Urmston, M41 9JA.
• Cost: FREE
• Criteria for Attending: Must be a Patrol Leader or Assistant Patrol Leader.
• Badge Requirements: Various Challenge Awards – badge passport to be provided for young people to give to their leader.
• Transport and Parking: Young people should be dropped off by their parent/carers. Parking is available on Manor Avenue (round the corner) for £1,00 all day. Leaders are not required to attend, however if you want to support the event and activities please contact bob.wilson@nullgmwscouts.org.uk.
• Refreshments/Lunch: Bring your own packed lunch and drinks for throughout the event.
• Clothing: Own clothes with Group Necker. Please ensure each Scout has warm clothing, waterproof coat and both indoor/outdoor shoes as some of the activities will take place outside irrespective of the weather.
• How to Book: Complete the below form by Friday 11th November 2022.
