The bi-annual survival Camp/Competition is being run on this
weekend by Tony Sant and his band of helpers from Sale. For those
that have not attended the camp it starts with survival training
after which the scouts in teams create shelters and fend for them

teams. It will held around the Ashton area of Wigan and will be a
test of navingational skills. This will be a one day event but
overnight entertainment and accomondation will be available at 1st

Section from each of the GMW districts. The Meeting is at
Middlewood (Cunliffe Lodge) and starts at 7:30.

This is the annual GMW's 2MAD4 (2 Multi Activity Days) Leaders
event. The 2011 event has been provisionally booked at Bradley
