In line with the guidance issued by The Scout Association to suspend all Scouting activities, the Campsite Management Committee has decided to close the campsite to all visitors until further notice.
All bookings for March and April will be cancelled and any deposits refunded. Any bookings for dates in May and June will be left in the system and deposits will be refunded in the coming months should the campsite remain closed.
If you want to cancel any booking from May onwards, please contact us by emailing, firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you paid by cheque you will need to send us your bank details (account name, number and sort code) along with your booking reference number to help facilitate refunds.
