County Training Manager
Responsible for the management of all aspects of the training /
learning process for adults within the County (including
appropriate training, support structures and personnel to achieve
this), together with the recommendation of the award of Wood
Badges

The Manager is responsible for the management, leadership and
day to day running of a particular Scout Active Support Unit.

Deputy County Commissioner (Communications)
The DCC communications would lead the communication team, and
develop the communications strategy in consultation with the CC.
They would locate and manage content for internal and external
communications, and would also be able to advise and manage the
county brand.
