We are delighted to announce the following County Appointments:
Jacob Bond
Deputy County Commissioner for Programme
Jacob has experience in both programme and communications, most recently as ACC Beavers. He is also an active member of the management committee and team at Dunham Park Scout Camp and has previously held group and district roles in the former Swinton and Pendlebury District.
Ken Williams
District Commissioner for Altrincham
Ken has held roles at 3rd Altrincham (Grammar School) Scout Group for over 30 years, with experience in an array of different sections most recently as a Cub Leader. He has also been a keen supporter of scouting at both district and county level.
We would like to take this opportunity to thanks Andy ‘Womble’ Connellan (former DCC Programme) and Chris Upton (former DC Altrincham) for all of their hard work and dedication to scouting in Greater Manchester West and wish them will in their future scouting adventures!
